Emphasis on strengthening regional cooperation and security resilience. Sharing experiences from South China Sea incidents, integrating climate change and disaster prevention topics, proposing concrete cooperation strategies to enhance maritime surveillance and disaster response capabilities, and jointly maintaining regional stability and global communication security.
